Equip the D-Glaive and stand far enough from the enemy to where you will not kill him, but will still be able to get him to shoot rockets at you. Enter a level with Zero and look for a the enemy that shoots three rockets at you at the same time. You must have the D-Glaive Weapon for Zero, the Rasensetsu (the weapon obtained from Dark Mantis). If you take any Metal on a stage, the metal counter will drop to the top (9999999). If it works, you will see the Metal counter get crazy. Normally you cannot buy it if you do not have more than 50 Metals. Spend all your Metals until you have less than 50. This trick requires a Life Tank, but it does not have to be full. You get the money when you run left, and you must run right or it will not work. To get extra money, just stay in one area and run right and left. This is an easy way to get the other characters and get them maxed out. Then, check anything you have not bought, and you should be able to buy it. Make sure your money is at 0 or it will not work.
